Recruiting Procedure

After getting your resume, we will send you a confirmation via phone or mail, and your admission to Netinfo SRL will be started. Our recruiting procedure is divided into several steps.

Step 1: Resume analysis

First, your candidature will be considered on the basis of your resume, to match your qualifications with current hot positions or other opportunities available at the company.

Our HR manager will contact you via phone to inform about the results of resume screening. In case you meet the company’s requirements, our HR manager will carry out an initial phone interview.

Step 2: Initial interview with HR manager (via phone)

The initial interview will be conducted by our HR manager via phone. You will be asked to clarify some points of your resume and comment on your professional background, acquired knowledge and skills.

Upon successful completion of the interview, you will be invited to take the next step.

Step 3: Interview with technology experts, Project manager and HR manager

As the next step, you will be requested to verify the skills mentioned in the resume and demonstrate your qualification capabilities to corresponding technology experts. You will also be interviewed by the manager of the project you will join in case of admission to the company.

If it is required for the position, we will also test your English language skills.

The interview will focus on determining your current professional level, but it will also cover your personal interests, background, and motivations. Your expectations concerning the position, potential duties and job details will be discussed as well. In case of satisfactory results, you will be invited to take the next step.

Step 4: Final interview with Company management

As the final step in decision-making, you will have a personal interview with the Director of Netinfo SRL.  In case of the successful completion of this interview, you will be invited to join the company! Our HR manager will contact you via phone to inform about the results of the interview.

When you are hired, our HR manager will help you to get familiar with the company work processes, standards as well as corporate culture and traditions.
